Hi, I'm Aaron, a music educator with over ten years of experience helping students of all ages become well-rounded musicians. Whether you're a complete beginner or working toward advanced repertoire, I tailor every lesson to your goals, learning style, and musical personality. My teaching emphasizes a balance of musicality, technique, and creativity, with the aim of building not just technical skill, but a genuine and lasting love for music.
I hold two Master of Music degrees from the United States and Hong Kong. Beyond the classroom, I am an active composer and performer who has performed internationally across Canada, the United States, Italy, Hong Kong, China, and Japan, and I bring that real-world musical experience into every lesson.
I offer lessons both in-person and online. In-person lessons are available at your home in the Greater Toronto Area or at my studio in Markham, ON — online lessons are open to students anywhere.
